Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During high-volume drops or restocks, processing times may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fallen Hearts is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
